RAS Modul 1T

It is complete recirculation aquaculture system that is designed for everyone. It can be used in the proffesional fish farming or in hobby fish farming too.  RAS Modul ca be used as a “fish” part of an aquaponic system also. It is ideal as pilot project for aquaculture begginers or for the RAS investors, who want to try small-scale fish farming before bigger investment.

RAS Module 1T composition:

Grow out tanks

• circular, with central collecting cylinder
• with safety overflow
• outlet system in a side pipe exposing the level in the tank
• draining by a separate valve
• with integrated additional airlift (aeration of tanks, circular flow in tanks)
• with integrated nozzle manifold of the return pipe
• upper pipe lining
• cover net against fish jumping out

Mix box/UV-C box

• merging chamber of the collection pipe from the grow out tanks
• used to compensate for pressure losses in the collection piping
• serves as a sump tank for the system
• serves for the installation of submersible UV-C lamps
• serves as a reference point for the installation of sensors
• serves for the installation of automatic discharge
• serves as an additive point for the physical-chemical therapy of the system

• growing system for Aquaponics
